Your Guarantee:

Just like Las Vegas, we’re not happy until you are happy with your purchase. If you need to change a size just ship it back and we’ll ship you what you need . Any hats in their original unworn condition can be shipped back within 2 weeks and we will refund the price of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. The cost of return shipping is not refundable. Any return item that was originally shipped free will be accessed the actual original shipping fee from the return amount.

Order confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is placed. Print a copy for your reccords.

Shipping in the USA:

In almost every case your order will ship out within 2 business days to your selected shipping address. Special request orders take longer. We will contact you if we cannot ship within 2 days. Call us if you have special shipping needs or time constraints. We can take the order over the phone and get it mailed out to you as fast as possible. We do not collect state sales tax on orders shipped out of Nevada. We use both UPS Ground service and the US Priority Mail Service.

Shipping outside the Continental USA:

In almost every case your order will ship out within 2 business days to your selected shipping address. However, we will request you purchase additional shipping, located at the bottom of the screen. This is listed as First Class or Priority Mail out of the Continental U.S.A. Special orders take longer. We will contact you to notify you that these costs must be purchased before we can ship. Call us if you have special shipping needs or time constraints. We can take the order over the phone and get it out to you as quickly as possible. We do not collect state sales tax on orders shipped out of Nevada. We use both UPS Ground and the US Mail Service as our shippers.

Express Mail orders:

We do ship overnight by Express US Mail and Fedex. Orders must be received by 10 A.M. Pacific time. Call in your order for express services. Shipping charges will be calculated based on Next Day, 2nd Day Delivery, and other special handling requests

Special orders and quantity orders:

We will search for and try to locate for you any hat you desire. Just contact us with what you want. These can often take time to locate. Some of these specialty items are nonrefundable, and we will tell you in advance if that is the case. Quantity orders, if returned will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges and Returns:

Use the address on the shipping label for exchanges or returns. Use our original carton if possible with the original packing materials. We will pay for the reshipment charges back to you for the exchanged item. The cost of shipping and postage back to us is not refundable. If we receive a package that states the package was undeliverable due to the address we will credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges you were charged. We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that have a delivery confirmation verified. For returns it can take up to 7 to 10 days for your refund of the merchandise price to appear as a credit to your card account once we receive and inspect the return.

Checks and Money orders:

The Hat Company of Las Vegas does not accept personal checks. Purchases using Money Orders we will ship upon receipt. Just print out our order form with your selections, add your name and shipping address, include the check and mail to:
